elastic - Returns the elastic kinetic energy of a projectile

SYNOPSIS

#include <nuclib.h>

double elastic(int ap, int at, double elab, double q);

double citsale(int ap, int at, double elas, double q);

Link with -lnuclib.

DESCRIPTION

The elastic() function returns the elastic scattering kinetic energy in the lab system. The citsale() function returns the projectile kinetic energy in the lab system given the elastic energy.

Kinetc energy of elastic in laboratory system in MeV

RETURN VALUE

The functions elastic() and citsale() return the value described in units of MeV.
