projp, projv - Return the momentum and velocity of the projectile in a nuclear reaction

SYNOPSIS

double projp(int ap, double elab);

double projv(int ap, double elab);

double projp_r(int ap, double elab);

double projv_r(int ap, double elab);

Link with -lnuclib.

DESCRIPTION

The projp() function returns the momentum of the projectile in a nuclear reaction calculated in non-relativistic kinematics. Likewise, the projv() function returns the velocity. Functions projp_r() and projv_r() calculate the same quantities in relativistic kinematics.

RETURN VALUE

The function projp()/projp_r() returns the value described in units of MeV/c, projv()/projv_r() returns the value described in units of c (the velocity of light in vacuum).
